I completed a single shop at JJs. When I was informed, after my request, they were not permitted to serve my sandwich hot, I was one and done. The location was in Dublin, Oh.

They do have toasted subs now.

Sounds like it was a competitor shop for JMs. They'd want you to order something like what they offer.
