I am scheduled to do a Hardware shop for Secret Shopper and am assigned the Home Preservation Department. However, the question given in the Additional Shop Details is for a different department.
If anybody done the Home Preservation Department shop this month can you tell me whether you had this issue? I am trying to figure out the correct question to ask as the one listed seems incorrect.
Alternatively, it would be helpful if anybody could share a contact other than the generic coordinator email. I have emailed the coordinator@ email address and received the non-helpful reply that I should follow the instructions in the client briefing. I have asked again for clarification but fear that I may get nothing useful from them before tomorrow when my is scheduled for, so am seeking help from y'all.
