Hardware Home Preservation Department Question for Secret Shopper

I am scheduled to do a Hardware shop for Secret Shopper and am assigned the Home Preservation Department. However, the question given in the Additional Shop Details is for a different department.

If anybody done the Home Preservation Department shop this month can you tell me whether you had this issue? I am trying to figure out the correct question to ask as the one listed seems incorrect.

Alternatively, it would be helpful if anybody could share a contact other than the generic coordinator email. I have emailed the coordinator@ email address and received the non-helpful reply that I should follow the instructions in the client briefing. I have asked again for clarification but fear that I may get nothing useful from them before tomorrow when my is scheduled for, so am seeking help from y'all.

My suggestion would be to screenshot/ download the guidelines showing the question required. Even if you think it's the wrong one. Do the shop just like the guidelines state and submit. If the editor contacts you send them the guidelines.

I would except the instructions contradict themselves. So whatever I do, I am not following part of the instructions. If I don't hear back from them with an actual answer, I will likely cancel the shop.

I noticed that the hardware "scenario" can change up until the shopping date. I once learned from an editor that I should check the scenario again before doing the shop, just to make sure it has not changed. Now, I always double-check the guidelines right before I shop to confirm.

They did finally get back to me (about 20 minutes before I was at the store location) and told me to do the scenario and department in the additional details section.
