I got super lucky and I'm going to Eddie V's on my birthday with a good friend. I've never been to Eddie V's before. I've done a couple of Capital Grille before and enjoyed them.

Crossing my fingers for next month. I'm out of town off and on until the beginning of April and I didn't think I could make it work.
You are my hero @soonerself! I grabbed one of each. Plenty are left on the board here.
I just saw this and immediately signed in to try and grab one. Of course, the only ones left are for lunch, and I don't have a +1 during the day.

My approach with this MSC for shops I really want and am worried they'll get snatched up quickly is that I sign up for the shop and then email to request a different date. Experience tells me that the shop will be gone by the time they see/approve the request submitted on the website. Worst case is that they say a different date isn't possible, the shop goes back into the pool, and it gets snatched up quickly anyway.

I just did this for one I am traveling for and it will be my plan for future shops. I'm kind of busy this month so I decided not to do this but if they continue these shops I will do this for future months if available .

I love getting the steak tartare for an appetizer. It's prepared tableside and is pretty cool. Crab fried rice and lobster topped mashed potatoes are both great as side options. All of the entrees are great. The reimbursement has increased quite a bit this time, which is awesome. I think it will allow either myself or my guest to get the steak and lobster tail. One thing I don't love are the dessert options. I love butter cake and rich chocolate cake, but both of those options are just so-so at Eddie V's IMO.

I noticed the same with the reimbursements. I think it was only $200 in December, and that was with a bar visit. As you mentioned, all of the entrees are good. The sea bass has been one of their seafood staples for a long time and it's really good.
