Haven't seen that in South Texas! Unless you mean the Walgreens and CVS stores closing. There are a lot of stores closing down here. That's gonna hurt me because (so far), I've refused to do the 7 elevens and other convenience stores.

I would always choose the convenience stores over Walgreens!

They're usually not too bad unless you get a tyrant owner or employees who try to do your job for you.

Yeah, I kind of saw this coming. Wonder if TY is just going to ship and leave it up to the stores or if they are on the way out.
Seeing the shape these displays are in every month tells me little work is being done at the store level.

Just off the phone with the rep and talk about the project. It does seems like the client is moving towards the method of letting the stores self servicing the displays in the future

Ty probably had a probationary contract with service provider, and they couldn't handle the account due to fulfillment of service. It's been about 15 months since they took over the account. Red flags went up for me when that qs code was placed on the rack basically allowing the store to order when they need it that's eliminating ci jobs. The other possibility is it reverting back to route salesman that are employees of cm and ics. Some stores have great luck with the product and others don't primarily due to product placement.

The way I see it is that C-Stores will not have much issue maintaining the display, or lack of the maintenance......merchandise are always zero on the back and got filled first thing it arrived, or they just never sells.
The sport stores and one of the handcraft store is kind of ok too, they have someone staffing the shelf regularly, not gonna tidy it, but they are staffing the shelf and they are also keeping a zero inventory policy for the TYs
The real big issue is going to be CVS....far too many of them are filthy, and also many stores have like 4 or 5 different displays on different locations within the store. No employees want to touch them, and it also seems like the managers are getting used to having CI going there every month working on them. I went to so many stores where they are now just leaving new boxes in the backroom expecting me to show up to fill the display for them. So ya....CVS is going to be a disaster for TY....I meant it was already a mess before this program, and will only be disaster afterward.
