Reporting Bad Visits

I have found with one particular company, if anything negative is reported in the shop, the client questions what I have reported. Eventually with one of their locations, the management asked that I be blocked from future shops at their store. I had honestly reported my observations, but because they did not want any negative feedback, I can no longer shop at that location. It is very frustrating, as I now feel that if I am honest with my reporting that there is a chance a client will say they want to exclude me from doing their shops. I feel that it is because the location manager does not want to have anything negative said about their store, but find it unbelievable that the corporation will allow the manager to have this kind of power to block a shopper, when they are paying to get an objective look at their business. I have only had this happen at one location. All the others I shop on a routine basis.

I am not sure they are always paying to get an objectve look at their business.
I thought that in the beginning, but now experience has taught me that some of them are fishing for only positive reports.
There can be reasons the corporation wants only positives.
Check our their corporate marketing materials for reference, as an example.
