Shell MMP

Anyone completed the Presto Shell MMP assignments? I have tried to signed up but it seems like there's a glitch to their quiz. A few questions does not seem to match the video and the guidelines and they are somewhat ambiguous. Suggestions?!

Some of the questions are in the video while others are in the guidelines that are downloadable prior to self assigning.
BTW, I notice now that the guidelines are now saying they are updated to 1/1/26.
The video said 10 ft. for the PID. The guideline stated 10 ft. in one section and 20 ft in another. The video didn't state the percentage acceptable for the under the canopy yet the guideline stated 10%. I never had an issue with the quizzes but somehow I'm having issues with this one. Frustrating!
Once again, conflicting guidelines. This time we have video proof! I resent having to watch a condescending video on a commercial platform. Eventually I passed the quiz but had to change answers several times. I don't remember which answers were right. There is a limit to the amount of times you can try so beware.
I will try it again and if I don't pass, I will just forego the assignments because it is not worth the aggregation.
seriously? It says VERY clearly that the first two questions are based off the info in the video. I haven't done a Shell station shop in a couple years, but I always take the certification test. That was the absolute easiest test I've ever taken for any mystery shopping certification. I watched the stupid video, and then I skimmed the guidelines that don't seem to have changed in a couple years, but they keep changing the date on them. And I took the test and passed on the first try.

Aggregation is not the same as aggravation. and I think maybe if you don't know the difference, maybe a job where you need basic reading comprehension to pass the certification test might not be for you.
I've done two Shell stations this weekend, and they are not too bad to do, but when I give the reward code to the cashier for asking if I'm using my rewards card today, they don't know what to do with it, and neither do I, I let them take a picture of the code or write it down but outside of that I know nothing.
There is a guideline link on the form that explains all that, or at least there used to be.
There is a thing to print out with instructions for the code. What they used to get is $0.25 worth of gasoline. Not 25 cents off per gallon, just 25 cents worth of gas. I hope they get better rewards now.
It's the last paragraph (3rd page) in that link. I actually never saw it there till just now when mystery2me pointed it out and I double checked. I guess I never made it to page 3. I had just told employees on those rare occasions, that the manager or area manager could guide them. I'm a dummy.

Re-read the guidelines. I think they said 10' from the PID and 20' from the canopy.
PM me if you still have issues with the quiz.
The question about the PID was in reference to the video, which said 10 ft. And the question about the canopy deck is also in reference to the video. They want to know if you can hear with your ears and see with your eyes. Obviously, after all of this nonsense, you can't.

The question asks how dirty is the canopy in the video. It was clean.
Medow, please don't give the answers to the questions.. The company needs them to be able to understand what they've heard and seen. And it seems fairly obvious that some of the folks asking the questions can't.
They're really giving a whole lot of leeway for cleanliness. I guess I've been grading too harshly. When I didn't, editors would return the shops. But apparently, the forecourt elements have to be very well covered in filth to be marked as "dirty." Eww. That's disgusting to see. I can barely stand to touch just a nozzle when it looks (optionally) clean. Who would be tempted to run their hands over a high percentage of the pump surface whether clean or dirty anyway?
I guess both my eyes and my ears are working properly.

I just took the quiz and passed the first time after scrolling through the video to find the info for questions 1 and 2.

I don't have 6 minutes to sit and watch a video that contains 99% information I already know.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
Ive taken this quiz like 50 times now with all correct answer and it keeps denying me. Im really getting irritated. I would like to not my time, thank you.
There is an attachment showing what they need to do. I just screenshot it let them take a photo. They
I thought it was $25 worth of gas. That’s what it use to be.

Obviously not.. if you haven't passed the test yet.
