They were talking about me in front of me

Don't say anything. They might ban you from future shops.

I was doing a 5G today and the employees knew my order before I ordered. They knew pretty my routine for these shops. I pretty sure they know me lol but I don't care. Should I say anything to the MSC because it was somewhat uncomfortable?
Going to a restaurant and ordering the same thing every time might make them remember your order but was there any indication they believed you were evaluating them? I'd tell them that actually, I want to switch it up today! Then order literally anything else. Embarrass them for their presumptuousness.
You right! They knew my whole order. They was too on point about the suggestions and was giving me a bag of peanuts as I walked out. I always get peanuts. I can feel they knew I was evaluating them. Honestly, I did not know how to react but I will do this next time.
Several years ago I was doing a grocery shop and the bakery was one area you had to evaluate. I was looking at the donut case and could see the employee side of the main case. On that side there was a large print list of what the mystery shopper is looking for and questions they will ask. I took a pic of it and sent it to the scheduler. Unfortunately that business stopped doing mystery shops due to covid and never started afterwards so I didn't get a chance to go back and see if the sign was still there.
Most shops know who the mystery shoppers are. I've spoken to managers who have told me they know who the shoppers are by the questions they ask. You ask the same questions over and over. Or they order the same thing over and over
