I've seen some recently, for Crunch Fitness, but even if I was allowed to by the forum, I couldn't tell you where, my memory isn't that good. And "recently" could mean any time in the last year or so.. Sorry I can't be more help.
Planet Fitness, EoS, Hotworx are the current ones. I did a Crunch Fitness a couple years ago. I never heard of Equinox Fitness. The worst part of Hotworx is that you have to call and make an appointment and be there on time.
24 Hour Fitness chain is shopped. Not sure if they are a nationwide or only a local NY chain. The shop does not require a work out, it's just a simple tour of their facility.
