One I looked at today has 280 apartments/homes over 9 buildings with 69 floor plans. Huh?! Nope!

I can do the $10 through a glance at the website, a matrix I’ve made, and a quick text through the front page but not that many.

I sent it back and told her to divide it by the 9 buildings such as:

Apt A-E in Evergreen Building on Ashwood Estate or whatever. I’m sure I’ll not be their favorite person.
Yes they are a JOKE. I did one last year and started to ask the required how many studios, how many 1 bedrooms, how many 2 bedrooms there were. The person gave me "ballpark" figures as she was not sure of exact numbers. When I started to ask how many vacancies in each group the person said no one ever asked that and what was my reason for knowing that and actually said she had to go in a rather abrupt tone of voice. They hung up on me as I suspect they knew I was not seriously considering renting simply doing a shop. I think that as I had asked the occupancy questions after asking a whole slew of questions about amenities and pricing that she figured I was a shopper. The number of questions for the shop fee is ABSURD!
