Question about Walmart financial transfer

So i went to do my second shop, it was at Walmart. I was supossed to use Moneygram, however they (two employees) explained to me that they did not use moneygram to transfer money from Walmart to Walmart they used Ria. So i just said ok thats fine. I mean what else could i do. I then went to the car and emailed the scheduler & waited. I did not want to do the second half of the job if i wasnt going to get paid. But i decided to just go ahead & finish. When i was walking back inside i received an email asking me if i was going to be able to my mystery shop, if so was i going to be able to do the survey on time. So i emailed back said i sent an email explaining the senario and explained it over again and never got a reply. My question is should I just fill out the questionnaire and submit it anyways? Sorry so long.

Ummmm what company were you supposedly doing this shop for? Where did you sign up for this company? I've never seen a Walmart send money shop. How much did you send? I think you might have been scammed.
It was from cxgroup which used to be bestmark. The money was sent to another walmart for anyone i wanted to pick it up, it was $10 + $4 but i got the money right back because that was part of the job. And then i did some gift cards that i had to act like i was buying but then never had to actually purchase them.
I haven't read the guidelines but I would have said something to the associate about needing to check with another person because they had said that brand name. Wait on a response before proceeding. If a specific company is supposed to be used, that might be the client and they aren't going to want data from your experience with a competitor. If the store is the client and they are checking that their associates follow procedures, then it may be fine to use a different transfer method.

When things go sideways, it's generally better to CYA than pay a fee as well as wasting time on a shop that wasn't possible to complete as expected.

And if you get an OK to proceed, the associate is not going to think it strange that the person you checked with said OK, use the other one, and you came back in to get it done.
Oh, and you can't name the MSC when you are talking about the client by name.
I've never seen these in my area. Sorry I can't be much help.

They told me it was accepted so im glad i finish it afterall. Definitely worth the $25.
Not sure if I read correctly. It sounds like you would not have been out any money on this shop?

In that case I might finish and submit depending on how busy I was. Sometimes it works out.

I recently had a hotel shop. The phone call went sideways, and the call was dropped. Maybe by my phone¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The reservation was made, but the agent hadn't gone through the ending spiel which I needed for the report. I also needed to ask him to repeat his name. I called back, didn't succeed in speaking with the same person, that agent did the final spiel and told me the first agent's name.

I messaged the scheduler, never heard back. I went ahead with the hotel stay because I did need a room that night. (Could have stayed with a friend though, but just decided to enjoy it). I never heard any comment about how the phone call went. But I got paid for the job.

If I didn't need/want a room that night I wouldn't have hesitated to just cancel the job when I didn't hear from them.

I did one about 3 months ago at Walmart. The first part went perfectly. The second part required picking up Visa or Mastercard cards to get the error message. In NJ, they are not available for self-service as required for the shop. I took photos of the relevant signs and received full payment.

I saw a new one that requires (for Part 2) trying to buy Walmart gift cards totalling exactly $200 to trigger a screen message. The available locations were too far away for me to accept the shop.
