Help please - Shopped Kroger in the correct city but the wrong location

There are 2 Kroger stores in the same city in my area but obviously with different addresses. I shopped the wrong location but didn't realize it until I started working on the report. One location has a Full-Service Meat Department, and the other one does not. I was supposed to go the store with the Meat Department but, oops, did not. I tried to reschedule the shop, but I cannot. Is there any way to fix this blunder? Or how do I let the MS Company know I botched the shop?

Linda, on 3 occasions over a 23 yr. period as a shopper, I visited the wrong location. Upon realizing my error, I contacted each MSC, explained my mistake and offered to complete the shop where it was assigned. All companies were understanding.

Thank you, Bob for your quick reply and your encouragement. I saw your comment on another thread in this forum about you shopping the wrong location. I just emailed the scheduler and explained my mistake. Fingers crossed...

All of the Kroger schedulers that I've dealt with have been super helpful, even when it was my stupid mistake. When you email your scheduler offer other dates that you're available. And if they can't accommodate those dates, they will offer other dates when the shop will be available, at least that has always been my experience with them..

Morledzep, thank you for your helpful input. I haven't communicated with any of their schedulers in the past but if they are anything like the nice lady who reviews my shops, I'm very hopeful.

I agree if you contact scheduler and explain what happened they will help. Their goal is to get the shops done so if you offer to do the shop at the correct location I think you will be fine.

So on a humorous Kroger note... I'm at a gathering this morning and the lone gallon of milk is only dated 4 days from today. Gotta make a note of that. Oh wait, I'm not on a shop.

I often find myself in Krogers NOT on a shop and checking out the names of various employees and looking at milk dates, yogurt, eggs and stocking of chicken at the deli!

I've shopped on the wrong day (a day early) and another time a completed shop didn't submit (probably user error). My scheduler moved the date for the first one, but the no submit had already been rescheduled. At least it was not out of my way. Now I am sure to check my email for the confirmation.
