Question About Phone Shops

I received a email about some phone shops from scheduler # 1.. There were about 10 days to chose from..

I received a email about some phone shops from scheduler # 2 There were about 10 days to chose from

Both were self-assign..

The dates for phone shops # 1 were grayed out..

The dates for shops # 2 were not grayed out. I could pick the day I wanted to do it..

I am wondering I could not self assign for shops # 1 but shops # 2?

I have not done a phone shop for this company in several months..

I am not banned with this company.. Should I just let it be and not worry about it?

Does it have a rating requirement or have you done another mystery shop at the same place recently but for a different product? Is there a quiz you have to take before you can schedule it?

Your rating has to be 8 or above... There are no quizzes.. Other requirement.. You can not have called or visited with in the last 60 days

I have never done a mystery shop (At the place in person).. The last phone shop I did was about 3 or 4 years ago.

That question would bother me. I would have to email the #1 and ask.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
