When I pick one of these up on the Otter app, the remaining locations disappear. Is this a new thing? I'm confused by it bc the guidelines say max of 5 held at once.

I've never seen that happen before. The only time they disappear like that for me is when I open it and close it. They disappear off the board, but they are in my list until they drop off.
Yes, it's new for me. I live close to the border of two states. I saw two Shell locations that I wanted to do together on the same day. Picked up one and the other disappeared...along with ALL of the Shell locations in the entire state lol. But the Shell locations in the neighboring state were still there. Very strange and frustrating for route planning.
My son said that he has to go all the way out of Presto and then sign back in for the other shops to be available. I'm having some issues with a restaurant shop that I want to do more than one of..
They disappeared because I sniped them all while you were deciding! JK. I have more than 10 scheduled, though, with no problems self assigning on the website (no app).
