Sassie is down

I'm in the field today, completed 2 of my 9 shops, and now Sassie is down. I emailed my MSC and their email auto reply says Sassie is down for up to 2 hours for maintenance. Grrr

They sent out a notification about this, warning shoppers to plan accordingly. I've got 9 Green Dino reports that I need to get in before noon. Fingers crossed.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I wasn't notified. Who sent the notification? Sassie or your MSC?

Sassie came back up after a little over an hour. I'm really miffed about this.
Presto had a warning posted, not sure which others may have.
Totally forgot about that. Was going to go out and do some gas station audits early this AM, but realized I had a lot of cleaning and trash throwing out to do (taking care of eight cats who piss wherever they feel like it) before heading out.

Ewww, Retro! I can smell your house from here!
To be accurate, it's only three or four who piss outside of the boxes. But yeah, it's bad. I'm on a long-term house and cat sitting gig. The owner knows about the issue, and short of sending the troublemakers to live elsewhere (two of them do this as they're being bullied by the biggest cat), it's going to keep happening. Six of the eight cats are the remaining cats from a rescue in St. Petersburg which closed shop. Chairs and couch are covered in plastic, and carpet was replaced with tile.
