I click on the guidelines and read them if I am not familiar with the shop.. That's usually enough information for me to make a decision about it.

If there aren't any guidelines to click on, I will contact the scheduler. I will ask to have the instructions sent to me.

You do this on Presto? How do you know who the scheduler is on Presto?

It's very simple.

Click on the job on Presto. When it opens, most of the jobs have contact emails such as these:

Automobile jobs that clog up Presto - If you have any questions about this shop contact michelle@spgweb.com.
Maximum questions: 102

An intelli job: If you have any questions about this shop contact averi.scheuerman@intelli-shop.com.

It only takes you opening up the job to see the contact info.
