Curious to hear what they say you.did.incorrectly (if they respond). I saw a lot of opportunities in the guidelines to mess up a small detail on this one. I hate that they want such a specific order and there are two with such similar names.that they pointed out not to order the other version. I just got a rejected Fireshouse sub shop saying I did not follow the scenario. I ordered what I was supposed to and did it in the parking lot. Took the required pictures and used a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
I sent an email to the person who rejected it, but I doubt that I will get a response. .

Mine says to order a medium of the new Steak and Cheese Melt Sub and if they don't have that one it's the Hook and Ladder Sub. Is it possible they had a Steak and Cheese Sub but not the New Steak and Cheese Melt Sub. I don't know as this will be my first time eating at FireHouse Subs.
