rejected firehouse sub

I just got a rejected Fireshouse sub shop saying I did not follow the scenario. I ordered what I was supposed to and did it in the parking lot. Took the required pictures and used a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
I sent an email to the person who rejected it, but I doubt that I will get a response. .

Curious to hear what they say you.did.incorrectly (if they respond). I saw a lot of opportunities in the guidelines to mess up a small detail on this one. I hate that they want such a specific order and there are two with such similar names.that they pointed out not to order the other version. When I looked at the menu, I didn't see more than one steak and cheese? So now I wonder if they know what it should look like?

Looks like some people are forgetting the photo with the top bun off. Just got an email reminder.

Mine says to order a medium of the new Steak and Cheese Melt Sub and if they don't have that one it's the Hook and Ladder Sub. Is it possible they had a Steak and Cheese Sub but not the New Steak and Cheese Melt Sub. I don't know as this will be my first time eating at FireHouse Subs.

Mine needed clarification because the receipt image I uploaded, "was the confirmation, not the receipt." I only received one email from Firehouse, and the subject line literally stated, "Your Firehouse Receipt," and it contained all the required information- location, date, time, and what I ordered. Also, they didn't even send me an email saying the report needed clarification; I only saw it when I logged in to do a different report.

I di get a response from them and evidently it was to be an in-person order and I did it online. Oh well, at least I had lunch.

Interesting. I'm a Michael, but I don't have any desire to score one of their steak and cheese subs. I don't eat much red meat.

Is a combo allowed? The requirements say only order the steak and cheese melt but then later say pause to see if they ask about combo before ordering anything else.

I recently received an email stating that you could not order anything other then the medium Steak and Cheese Melt Sub, so no the combo is not allowed according to the email I received.

Yea, that's a problem lately. Because I was reading the forum, I thought I had better check, because I hadn't checked today at all, and I found that I had the same issue that you did. I simply explained that the email receipt/order confirmation is the only receipt that they sent. I never even received a text message from them either.

I don't seem to get emails from the Shopmetrics platform on for any company anymore. I only get job offers from Alta360, and I haven't done any work for them since they moved all but the storage shops off of that platform.

That sounds pretty stupid. You've bought the sub, taken the photos, and done the job, and now you don't get your reimbursement or your measly $7 compensation? It sucks. I wrote elsewhere about my stories of a finicky evaluator who was like that, rejecting jobs I did perfectly because I dared to criticise the sales assistant. And they were paying dirt too. It seems to me like the less they pay the worse they treat you. While it's hard to know what you can do about it, I guess the saying to "vote with your feet" might apply, and to either do what I did and tender my resignation, or what other people have suggested and just don't do work for them again. It seems to me to be completely absurd for them to refuse to pay you for this, as I bet that the sub price was a bit too.
