Shell shops

Did anyone else have all the Shell shops disappear from the job board?

That happened last week with the Exxon shops. I emailed the Project Manager who said her tech team has forgotten to do something she so corrected it and they showed right back up.

Shell had a maximum of 20 per shopper when it was released. As soon as I did one, all the others reappeared.

Tech team forgot to do something? Hmmm. Classic sloppy failure from this outfit.

I noticed they're still missing.
I wonder if it has something to do with the price of gas and the 2 gallon maximum reimbursement.

I have completed the ones in my areas already. None of them were ever removed.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

They are still around, and taking a loooong time to go to bonus.

I recently booked one at base cuz I was ahead of schedule and needed the gas. Pulled in and the place was super busy, so I cancelled it. Not worth hanging around waiting to get even 6 pump photos for $14.

Have synthesizers, will travel...

They only just started this round two weeks ago and they still have 2.5 months to get them done. I wouldn't expect to see bonuses for a while.

I have a question please? when doing the gas stations and you do the ms shop first then you go back to your car get the disclosure and then buy something, Ive noticed some shops you have to have a safety vest, where do i purchase one at? can they be any kind of a safety vest?

All the shops I know of, you buy something before the "disclosure."

Safety vests are everywhere. Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, smaller hardware stores, truck/travel stop gas stations.

The flow of MOST gas station shops goes like this:
1. park at a pump, get gas
2. go inside evaluate a restroom
3. buy something inside
4. go back to your car, move it away from the pump
5. put on your vest, get your LOA and introduce yourself.
6. do the audit portion of the shop.

You can buy a traffic safety vest on Amazon for around $10. Or you can pay for a very expensive one for around $20.

I think the instructions for all gas station shops are the same. First pump gas, second check the rest room, third make a purchase in the C-store. (Get both receipts). Then reveal. Then put on your safety vest for the rest of the inspection. Good advice from sestrahelena about the vest.
