I saw that, too. I'll have to mull it over in my mind, since the fee seems quite reasonable. It does look like it will require a good bit of time. Maybe someone will do one and report here.
I have completed one of those this week. I had to go to one third party store. One cooperation store and one none Verizon store. I hade to completed a pre survey then go to those assigned location on the same day. Afterwards i had to answer about 100 questions for each location. And one comparing survey. It paid pretty well. It was worth doing.
