Survey -- how do you feel about the visa debit shops?

I did the survey. Personally, I like the shops. They asked what you would change and I discussed the problem with asking for two separate debit card receipts when only one is given.

Speaking of surveys, I often listen to NPR and sometimes they say reference a recent (mystery shopping company name) poll about what people are thinking on a subject. I wonder if those polls are as badly worded as some mystery shopping instructions. I'm pretty sure that data is all kinds of skewed.

I guess I would have to do one of the Visa jobs before I receive a survey. I haven't received one.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

I stopped doing them last year when the process got out of hand and the editors couldn't get their acts together or stories straight. So thats my survey result - I voted with me feet and my time...elsewhere.

The food/restaurant ones are easy. Stay away from bars that don’t serve food (no menu), and drive-thru convenience stores, unless they have a regular store area you can walk in to. The trick is to make sure they have a posted or printed price *Somewhere*.

I've only done a few and don't enjoy them. They stress me out too much. I've reached the point where I don't do shops that make me uncomfortable and this one made me very uncomfortable...too much to worry about, no price, price in picture, no receipts, one receipt, no signs, two signs, ugh, no thanks

I did a bunch of them. I thought they were great. Never had any issues, and it was an easy way to get a free meal. Typically I spent more than the reimbursement amount, but with the pay, I was never out any money.
