Heads up Blaze is back!

I am so excited. One of two shops I have been hoping for especially since their presentation has gone way downhill since they stopped shopping. I hope us shoppers can save at least my local Blaze pizza where they often now run out of certain toppings, the serving counter is always spattered and splashed, the crusts often have portions folded under itself and the cashiers often don't seem to know how to handle unique situations.
Now if I see Chipotle shops come back I will be ecstatic.

maybe i’m misunderstanding the pay / reimbursement - but it looks like once the shop is completed and approved, the pay is $9 and the reimbursement is a $25 blaze pizza gift card. seems odd to me but maybe this is how it was before?

One of the other shops this msc offers also has the same reimbursement scheme. They pay a small fee for the job in addition to sending a fixed amt gift card to more then cover youir purchase if you do not overorder. You can then use the gift card for subsequent jobs if you like. It is helpful to live near or travel near where the locations are as the gift card is not useful if the nearest location is hundreds of miles away that you visited while on vacation.

I have one scheduled with the reimbursement only company next Sunday. They have been scheduling them for over a year now in my area.

I picked one up. It looks like the required order (three+ topping pizza and drink) is going to run $18.49 plus tip, so the gift card will cover any future shop, but it's not like doing a BJs bar shop where you can spend $30 and get a $65 gift card. It's nice to see that I won't be required to get the names of multiple employees or more timings than the order time and delivery time.

I remember doing Blaze with the narrative intense prior MSC and all the hoops with extra names and descriptions. I am venturing to guess that this shop with this MSC is much easier. It must be a particular FRANCHISEE as not all locations are listed/shopped.

I can confirm that Blaze Pizza is still terrible. They were great when they were getting shopped heavily (mid 2010's). Now, they are awful (at least in CA). I'm basing this on 5 locations in very different parts of the state.
Slow, sloppy, dirty, poor customer service (minimum wage at FF is $20 in CA). I would not go back if it was half the price. There could be a decent location, but I have yet to find it in the last few years.

Have they changed the timing requirement? I stopped doing them because of the ridiculous timing requirements.

The ones in my area that I have been doing for over a year only ask if you received your pizza in under 8 minutes. Other than that, there is no other timing requirement. These are the infamous "pocket shops."

And for those I am doing in my area it is the same msc that gives a gift card and small fee for the family restaurant that has Pizookies.

Those of you who would like to know the name of the mystery shop company please do not send disparaging remarks in a private message demanding to be told outright the name of the msc. Thank you to all of you who follow the rules.
