Five Guys - A few questions.

I've been shopping FG for 9 years, maybe 10-12 visits per year. So maybe about 125 FG shops overall.
How about you? How often/how many?

In all this time have you ever once reported any crew member for not wearing gloves?

Me - Never. I have never come across a crew member NOT wearing gloves

What percentage of shops have you done that require the purchase of a milkshake?

Me, about 10% of the time, but ALL of them were delivery shops, never walk in/eat in shops.

Any notable occurrences?

Yes, I once had an order delivered by a likely crack or meth addict working for DoorDash. The person had all the telltale signs. Freaked me out a bit.

Any notable good experiences?

Yes, I used to travel for business in a certain area and I stayed at a certain hotel in that area. A Five Guys location was literally next door to the hotel. I would check into the hotel, place my FG order, go to my room, start to get settled and they would deliver my meal. Worked best on cold rainy or snow nights. I would finish the report on the sofa watching the evening news...

Life was passing like a hand waving from a train I wanted to be on

It's been a while.. I've only done one recently and it was a late night dine in that ended badly, but it didn't affect my pay.

I mostly did dine in and online pickup orders, never delivery because they can't deliver where I live. I think I did ONE milkshake shop, bur I don't remember if it was online or dine in. Either way, online or dine in, I filled out the report in the car, as soon as I left the building. The only shops I take home are grocery shops and sometimes dine in restaurant shops.
For a few years I was doing a solid five of these a week, but since the pay dropped and other opportunities came up it's been about 18 months since I've done one.

I've never had someone not wearing gloves, and I've also never had someone go against the uniform guidelines by creating their own name tag! I kind of chuckle every time I see that option.
I do about one per week. The report takes me about 8 minutes and is automatically approved if there are no issues. Luckily, in my area, the stores are very well-managed.
2-3 a week, more if the offers are there as I am out and about all the time.

No, but I have caught some not changing gloves.

Maybe 2 %.

bad..yup..usually they're let themselves get overwhelmed and things go sideways or the restaurant is too dang cold.
I do a couple per month, on average, I'd say. There is one that is more or less on my way home from my weekend job, and another that is really close to where I volunteer, plus a few more that are more far-flung, but that I will fold into a group of other shops in the area when I can cluster enough to make it worthwhile.

I don't think I ever reported anyone for not wearing gloves.

Milkshake ones are probably about 5% of the time, and I think they've always been dine-in for me. It's been a really long time since I've seen a delivery/take-out shop in my area.

I don't think I've had any notable occurrences other than one time when employees were loudly, and repeatedly, using the "R" word, which I reported, and, after that, I've never seen those employees working at that store again, even though it's one of the ones I frequently shop.
