How to get alias names and emails

Hi

I am starting to video shop for new homes. The MSC require me to create alias names with corresponding emails, addresses and phone numbers. I am having an issue with gmail as it will not let me make additional accounts since I have to use my cell phone to confirm each account. Same issue with yahoo.

Two questions: 1. Is there a service or program that would allow me to create multiple email address?
2. Where do you get your alias names and addresses?

You can download Google Voice and create a phone number. There are also apps you can download to create different phone numbers.

Just make up a name. I use the name I have always wished my parents named me. As for an address, I would go to Zillow online and just pick an address of a house they have on sale or get multiple houses. (Don't do this unless you know you won't be receiving something by mail by the MSC.)

I used to use empty/abandoned homes for sale as addresses, as long as I don't need to actually receive any mail at that address. I searched for them on Realtor.com.

I downloaded the MLB First baseman rooster for all the teams. I then imported those into a spreadsheet and just go down the list. I have a column that tells me what builders I have used for that name. I just use Google email addresses related to the names I use.

If they ask for an address, I tell them I'm staying in a temporary apartment and won't be getting mail. When they ask you to fill out the form, you only need to fill out your alias name, phone number (provided by the MSP), and email (some MSPs provide them). I started video shopping 7 or 8 years ago, and back then, I was able to create over 40 Gmail addresses. Recently, I noticed I wasn't able to use some of the older Gmail addresses.

In addition to those suggestions, try getting email addresses at mail.com. You can get more there than Gmail..Mail.com has several domains to choose from --mail.com, email.com, usa,com, et.al. You can also create up to 10 alias email addresses for each email account. You can make up any name for your account. The only issue I have had is that they will delete an email account if it is not used for a long time.

You can install the free talkatone app and get a new phone number every month if you want. New home video shop agents generally do not want more than your fake name, temporary phone number, email address, and sometimes zip code. It is extremely rare that they would respond by snail mail. If you must give an address, use one from Zillow. You can always say you live in your roommate's house and would not want to give that information without their permission first.

I have done several hundred new home videos (and a variety of other viedo shops) since 2009. I have another one this month. PM me if you have any issues.
