Drive thru shops - what is your modification for Raising Canes?

Guidelines say main or side item only
Used to be a joke among my co-workers: "What does Canes have ontheir menu?" Answer: "You can get the 3 piece dinner or you can get the 6 piece dinner."
If you are allowed to get the Box Combo, trade out the cole slaw for extra sauce, or texas toast.
I got my chicken “naked “ which means it’s lightly breaded. I didn’t know if any other option.

Back when we had Canes shops all the time, they stopped allowing that.
Yeah is the 3 tender option only and I don't think that one even comes with coleslaw. I tried this shop anyways and it was a mess. Not sure I will get paid. I asked for double toast instead of fries as the modifier. They then gave me fries with no toast. They forgot my drink. I was told by multiple employees that I could not get a receipt because they were out of printer paper. I noted this in the report and attached the slip on my bag, but the report specifically states no receipt no pay. I hope they will decide to still honor it since the whole experience was a complete mess and I gave a detailed report.

I use to pay with cash and had that happen once where they couldn't give me a receipt. I have since been paying with a credit card in case that happens i can get something from my card.

I thought they were no longer shopped unless they have started back again.
How can a restaurant be out of printer paper? You should have said that I am out of town on an business trip and I need an receipt so I can give to my boss / office manger/ payroll or sone one like that.

But when you get your bank statement it only shows the name of the restaurant and the amount

Yes, I said all of that. They just shrugged and said sorry. It was horrible customer service. They told me to upload my credit card transaction for work!
I know you have named the client but is with the same MSC as before?
Yes I am signed up with both companies and I have not seen it with either in a few months

Can anyone give me a hint of the MSC for Cane’s? We just got our first one in the region last year and I’d like to try it.
These were the drive thru timing shops. Pretty sure they are one and done per location and meal period

When i couldn't get a receipt the MSC asked for a copy from my credit card. I paid cash. I now always pay with a card.

Had this happen just this week (not a raising cain)! They had me take a picture of the screen as my receipt. I explained in the report and was paid.

I have been in several FF places and some don't show each item and the prices, they just show the total..

I guess they can not afford printer paper *lol
I worked in both restaurant mgmt and retail mgmt for a total of 25 years. The store manager is in charge of ordering supplies. Often their bonus (if they get one) is tied to the P&L statement. I always kept a large stockplie of supplies but I know of many instances where store managers did not order things they needed in order to try and hit their bonus. Now that I am doing MS, I see a lot of "managers" picking up and delivering items such as plastic bags, etc.
So Cane's shops are available again? I don't see any on either MSC they have used in the past (Five Guys or TXRH). Any clues as to where they are now?
I see now. Thanks. I ended up taking my sister to one over the weekend to use up the Father's Day BOGO offer. It felt kind of weird at first not having to be in "shopper mode". I got an email after asking me to take a survey, and the odd part is the bottom of the survey mentioned the Five Guys MSC that they used to use for shops themselves. So I suppose there might be hope that actual shops will return to this MSC at some point.@sestrahelena wrote:
