Here's to Kate and Lorrie at Service Check.

Always pleasant and helpful, today they added a good dose of patience after the untimely death of my laptop.

I know, aren't they great. So great in fact, I don't really like the only shop they have near me yet can't say no when they call, LOL!

I agreed with you all! I have always been met with compassion and understanding when unfortunate circumstances arise therefore I will always try to take a shop when they call.
I've also had several interactions with Karin both over the phone and via e-mail and she has always been very kind and helpful! She's been very flexible in allowing me to complete a few scheduled shops earlier than originally scheduled. She was even apologetic when a client questioned something on a shop I had completed several months earlier without any assertion that the client was correct despite my report and thankful when I was able to provide proof that I was correct. Service Check doesn't have a whole lot of work near me, but I'm always happy to complete shops for them when they come up!

I'm glad you added Karin. This should be shout out to the whole companysmiling smiley

I am in agreement with all of the above sentiments regarding Service Check. I have been paid when a business unexpectedly closed for the day of my shop (yet the online report had no option for such a predicament and I had to send a "help" email). This week, I had the flu, and Kate Wilson was wonderful to change the date of my shop to another date of my choosing (today) only to have to change the date AGAIN! due to a severe snowstorm. YIKES! I have always been met with compassion and understanding. The shops that I do are equitably priced for the work so I will always grab as many as I can and, if possible, take more when they call for help. The schedulers at Service Check have been the nicest, sweetest, understanding schedulers that if they asked me to walk over hot coals, I probably would!
