This is a great discussion area. Many times I read threads bashing schedulers and saying how stupid and brainless they are. It is nice to see there are shoppers and forum members who do understand and appreciate the work we do as schedulers. There are many schedulers I know who really care about the shoppers and want to have a great working relationship.
