several weeks ago there was a large storm in the area and I had a shop that would have been very hard to do with it blizzarding and freezing temps...its one of my favorite shops and i had already been through the process of getting my rating back up to the threshold were i could automatically self schedule... i blew some shops on my first long term route and i could not reschedule... thankfully they were able to get me into the internet que cause i woke up at 9 am just to be sure and they were very nice and understanding.. just got paid for the shop last week... whoot whoot!
