I have an Ipsosus shop from 10/2015 that was not paid and I could not get a response from schedulers as to why.
I got Judith's email address from this forum and emailed her about it. She got me in touch with the right person and got everything resolved in a very reasonable amount of time.

I just done my first cell phone shop for them. Seems like people are catching on to the what type of phone do you personally use question. The person talked all around the question today.

Everyone I've dealt with at Summit has been top-notch. Professional, intelligent, and helpful.

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
