This is a general shoutout to you all because you have been so helpful!! Specifically, I had been reading comments about negotiating fees - something I hadn't considered and didn't know I could do. I am typically not good at this at all, but after reading various comments on here, I decided to try it, and lo and behold - I am getting higher fees when schedulers call! Every dollar makes a difference. And it doesn't even feel weird to do it - they have all been easy to work with. So thanks for the push through your various conversations!!
