Just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Ardent, specifically to Michele M as she is great to work with. When my grandma passed away in Jan and I had to get out of town, Michele made sure my shop was taken care of that month and then I was given an additional shop in Feb to make up for it. She also got me in contact with her colleagues who work one of their other clients which I will soon be doing shops for.

Ardent is definitely a great MSC to work with. Michelle is spectacular. I think she works 24/7. I work with some really good schedulers, but Michelle is THE MOST RESPONSIVE scheduler ever.

I second and third all the kudos for Michelle. She is the best scheduler I have worked with for any company. Michelle, you rock!

Ardent's clients require shoppers to be trained on location. Once they have enough shoppers for an area they stick with them. When the need arises, they will contact you.

Also, I am not sure if Michelle schedules for all their accounts or just for the one. If its for the one, they do not have as many locations as their bigger client .

I do know that here in Chicago they opened up a 3rd location and they will be opening up a location in Milwaukee, WI...so eventually there may be the need for more shoppers here.
