I have to add to my thread....my major problem was now addressed by the Admin. of MSC who called me and promised to straighten things out (getting wrong receipt), she was beyond helpful, nice and called while she was traveling, actually in Ark. I will get paid, thanks to her concern and caring that I had been a good shopper for them for years. Who does that...smiling smiley smiling smiley KUDOS TO MERCANTILE.....

Kudo's to Kate Rattner (Scheduler) for writing me a note saying she adores me, and is sorry she no longer schedules a certain restaurant I adore, but will give new scheduler a heads up. I haven't been getting those jobs, now (at least) I know why.

I love Mercantile! First time working with Kelly and she rocked! Quick turnaround editing!!!!
I also have positive words to say about Merc. I had an issue (no fault of Merc) and account manager and COO showed empathy and interest to help.
