I have to add to my thread....my major problem was now addressed by the Admin. of MSC who called me and promised to straighten things out (getting wrong receipt), she was beyond helpful, nice and called while she was traveling, actually in Ark. I will get paid, thanks to her concern and caring that I had been a good shopper for them for years. Who does that... KUDOS TO MERCANTILE.....
