Kalkidan Bekele ( "aka" Kalki) at BARE rocks! I needed clarification for my shop instructions and she was very professional, patient and kind. She didn't seem rushed and unconcerned but she made me feel valued and appreciated. She also promised payment on a particular date and she delivered....now that's integrity. Thanks Kalki.
