Jennifer always is always quick to respond and helpful if a reschedule is needed. The holiday mixed me up on the days of week dates fell on and she was more than helpful in rescheduling some post office shops for me which are my favorite. Dont know how she and other summit schedulers do it, seems they are responsible for thousands of assignments. But again she always is able to respond to me promptly!
