The shops may be different in your area, but in MY area, Customer Impact has retail shops ranging from $10-$15 with small purchase reimbursement, casual dining with meal reimbursement and $10 pay, and high-end dining shops with meal reimbursement and $10 fee. I have never seen a fee of more than $15 with CI, although some of their dining reimbursements are very large. I see very few bonused shops from CI. Most of their shops are very popular and a lot of shoppers apply for them and CI then selects the shopper and assigns the shop. It might be different in other areas. This is a really great company and I love working for them.
