Wow, your experience with this scheduler is quite different from mine. I've asked him for advice/help twice and he's gone full "crickets" on me both times.From that company I prefer Matt Liasse who has never failed to respond.
Update to be fair: Kevin did me a solid on a recent shop, we are having a horrible weather February in the Northeast and a heavy snowstorm on the due date wiped out my chance to shop, he backed up my due date by several days to give me ample time. Thanks.

I have tried to contact Matt thru the system (contact scheduler) and texted him many times. The 1st time I texted him, he answered....but since then, he never answered. And this is about a shop for him. Do you have a secret to having him answer?
