- Follow up communications


The process:
Go to the Community's Website
Fill out the "Download Brochure"




Take a screen shot of the confirmation page (insert in a Word Doc)
Wait
You should get an automated email response; take a screen shot of it and add to Word Doc
Wait
Community should do a follow up call - don't answer - put information in report and SAVE
They should leave you a message or send you an email on what time to call them back (you put a copy of the email in the Word doc) and record the information in your report and SAVE
If no time was designated, respond to the email asking for times
Screenshot all responses (add to Word Doc)
Then you use the recorded line and call them back
Fill out the rest of the form and SUBMIT



** No follow up call - put NA in report **

** If no follow-up email or phone call after 3 days submit report **
