HGEM are looking for shoppers in New York to conduct telephone calls to a hotel company.
You'll need to record a call making a booking, and one for the subsequent cancellation, testing the staff member's knowledge, and allowing them to upsell and make suggestions.
The recordings will need to be uploaded to a report with comments on how you felt the staff met and anticipated your needs and about rapport building. The comments you provide will be valuable in the training of the staff so will need to be constructive and detailed.
