Your HP Chromebook must be under warranty. Normally the warranty is 1 year from purchase, (3-5 years extended warranty- if purchased)
You will be a calling a call center and asking one of the questions below.
1) How do I use Microsoft Office in Chrome OS?
2) My Chromebook is slow and freezes from time to time
3) I’m having connectivity issues
4) My touchpad is randomly not responding
