Baird Group is looking for people located within approximately 90 miles of Rumford, Bridgton, or Lewiston, Maine, who are interested in performing healthcare evaluations. We are searching for individuals willing to collect information in the form of a mystery shop phone call or on-site visit, and then enter that information into an online survey. This information will be seen by the client and will be used to help improve their customer service. It is free to register with us, and you'll be compensated via PayPal on the fifth of the month for all shops completed the month prior. No previous mystery shopping experience is needed.

This project will consist of Phone shops (paying $8 for each completed shop) and Patient Visit shops (paying $150 for each completed shop). This project has not yet begun but will be starting December 3rd. It is expected to run through the month of January.

Shoppers for phone shops need only complete a phone certification, entailing watching a 20 minute video and taking a quiz to show your understanding. Shoppers for patient visits must complete the phone certification, a minimum of two phone shops and the on-site certification to advance. In addition, shoppers for patient visits must clear a criminal background check and may NOT have Medicare or Medicaid coverage.
