*Must roleplay a specific scenario as detailed in the shopper guidelines. Only 1 out of 3 must be used. These scenarios are fairly in-depth and must be easily parroted as the banker asks questions.

*Must make up to 3 attempts to call Banker and make an appointment. A voicemail must be left on each unsuccessful attempt to reach Banker. Shopper must wait 2 full business days between each call to see if Banker returns call. Please keep this in mind when selecting a date on your application.

You should make the first contact to the location within 24 hours of being assigned -- do NOT wait until the due date of your shop!! Extensions will NOT be granted if you wait until your due date and could result in removal of eligibility for this program.
