Customer Impact only has 2 phone call shops left for a hotel/resort in California that we're trying to get assigned for June!
One is for 10 am - 2:30 pm Pacific time, and the other is for 2:30 pm - 6 pm Pacific time. These shops do require speaking to a specific agent and seeing how engaging s/he is. You also will be making a one night reservation, which we cancel on our end using your confirmation number.
