*For this shop you will visit a marketing event in a neighborhood/community location to see if the event is staffed with a health insurance rep.
*If the rep is present you will ask about health insurance for a relative. No personal info. is given.
*If the rep is not present, you can still submit a report. Just speak with a receptionist or someone working at the location to ask if there is a rep present.
*Pictures are required.
*We provide the location and date/time for each shop.
