**These shops MUST be conducted in SPANISH and reporting will be in English**
You will receive a $7 shopper pay for successful completion of this shop!

These phone call shops are designed to contact a vehicle service center to inquire about taking your car in for a specified service/repair. Our client is interested in learning how the Service Associate handles calls and sets appointments that come into their service centers.
PLEASE NOTE: These phone call shops are being scheduled date and time-frame specific. In order to meet our client requirements, you should only apply if you can fully commit to placing the call on the date that you have selected and during the time-frame stated.
The call is expected to be approximately 5 - 10 minutes; call lengths vary based on connectivity and information shared by the associate.
While it is not necessary for you to live locally to the location that you will be contacting in Puerto Rico, it is a requirement that you are bilingual and able to speak fluent Spanish during the recorded call and complete shop report in English.
This shop will require you to:
• Contact specified service center in Puerto Rico by phone, to inquire about and set an appointment for a vehicle that fits within that automobile brand.a toll free number will be provided in order to contact location at no cost to you.
• Calls are recorded. Program to assist with this will be provided.
• Upload image of appointment confirmation.
• Complete phone call in Spanish and online shop report in English.
A toll free call in number will be provided, so there will be no phone charges incurred.
