This is a shop for two people.. A new NON-GMO Restaurant, Cafe, Juice Bar, Espresso Bar and Craft Beer Bar featuring American breakfast, brunch, burgers, crepes, sandwiches, vegan and vegetarian options. The objective of this assignment is to report on the customer service, cleanliness, food standards, and team member performance. The assignment involves a visit to the restaurant. You will dine in the restaurant and cannot take your meal to go. There are specific ordering requirements which must be followed. You must dine in the dining room and may not sit on the patio or in the bar. A visit to the restroom is also required to evaluate its cleanliness and condition. A photograph of your order is required. Order requirements:-One appetizer to share -One entree each (Do NOT order any entrees for two or "Market Price" seafood items) -One alcoholic beverage for one person -One cafe beverage for one person at the table (juice, smoothie, milkshake, etc.) - After dining, one coffee beverage to go from the cafe
