Shops should be conducted during open hours. Allow enough time to conduct a brief
phone call to the store following your in-person visit.
Reason for visit: evaluate the service and upsells offered by store associates by making an in-person visit to purchase an item and placing a phone call.
Make a purchase and note time it took to check out.
Make the phone call after the instore visit.
$8 Pay/Up to $7 Reimbursement + $7.00 BONUS PAY!
