You are asked to call a medical facility and evaluate their phone experience. Calls are recorded. To be eligible, you must have an Oklahoma phone area code registered on your account (918, 405, 580, and 539). You must choose at least 3 questions to ask during your interaction with staff from the list of questions. You may improvise within the assigned topic (additional questions, etc.). If your call is not answered by an employee, you are prompted to leave a voice message stating your questions and leaving your phone number for a callback within 24 hours.
