For this shop you will be required to visit the attraction and observe the exterior and interior for cleanliness, order and maintenance. Observe customer service, hospitality and sales skills. The client would like you to experience the attraction as a typical guest while noting details and looking for specifics in cleanliness, maintenance and hospitality.

A pre-visit phone call is required for this shop. You will need to note the date and time of your call and if the staff member's name was given as well as the exact opening and closing comments made by the staff member. Ask questions about the attraction such as operating hours, cost and location.

Observe the exterior and interior areas of the attraction for cleanliness, order and maintenance. Pay close attention to any exhibits you see outside the attraction and vestibule area.

PAYMENT is $10.00 plus reimbursement for up to two adult admissions, and parking (if applicable). Do NOT purchase COMBO tickets.
