These are college apartments, if shopper is not 18 to 28, can be a parent or a guardian of student looking for housing.
Important: These shops are to be performed on student housing. Be ready with your scenario- for example, you are a student looking for housing with individual leases near campus. If you are asked for your phone number and email address during the call, provide your real information. This is because you will be tracking the agent’s follow up for several days after your visit.
Call the complex and set up a time to visit the location, let your scheduler know when you have the appointment with the complex for the tour.
Visit the apartment complex office at the date and time of your appointment. You must take a tour of the apartment or model.
