SHOP DESCRIPTION
This is a table service dinner shop (after 4pm) for you and a guest. Do not sit at the bar. You will request a table, either inside or outside, and evaluate dining service.
You are required to order one alcoholic beverage and will be reimbursed for a maximum of 2 alcoholic drinks (1 per guest). You must pay with a credit card and obtain the itemized receipt AND credit card receipt in order to receive full reimbursement (capped at $75).
PRE-SHOP TASK
You MUST make a recorded phone call to set up the reservation. No special equipment is required. A shop specific phone number and code will be included in the shop form. Using that number and code will automatically add the recorded call to your shop survey.

Itemized bill and credit card receipt with tip amount
