We have LUNCH* dine-in/table service shops available at multiple favorite locations!
*This can be used for brunch if offered at the location(s) on Sundays!

For the food items, you may choose anything from the menu, but you should order at least two (2) different entrees. You may order additional items as well, but you will not receive more than the maximum reimbursement.

There is a total of five+ (5+) photos requested for this survey:
- (4+) Photos of food/beverage items consumed (You will need to capture one for each item ordered; total number varies according to party size and situation)
- (1) Photo of your receipt(s)

$50 max food reimbursement. Shoppers at specific locations can add $10 in special expenses for required Valet.

If selected to perform this shop, you will be evaluating ONLY table service. Details, names, and thorough narratives are required for this shop. You will also need to make a phone call to the restaurant AFTER you have performed the shop inquiring directions and parking.

IMPORTANT: You will need to pay with credit card and obtain the itemized receipt AND credit card receipt in order to receive full reimbursement. Make sure to write the tip amount on the credit card receipt.
